BrewBottler (Gen2)

WilliamsWarn BrewBottler – counter-pressure bottle filler for carbonated beer.

The BrewBottler lets you fill bottles directly from a WilliamsWarn BrewMaster, BrewKeg or Corny keg while maintaining carbonation. It uses counter pressure to reduce foaming during filling and is suitable for bottles and growlers up to approximately 3L.

Why use a counter-pressure bottle filler?

• Fill already-carbonated beer into bottles without needing bottle conditioning.
• Counter-pressure filling helps reduce foaming and carbonation loss.
• Gas and beverage connections use simple push-lock fittings.
• Variable pressure relief lets you control the fill rate.
• Suitable for a wide range of bottle sizes, including growlers.

Bottle capacity

• Maximum bottle height: approximately 330mm
• Maximum bottle diameter: approximately 150mm
• Suitable for bottle sizes up to approximately 3L
• A 500ml bottle can typically be filled in about 40 seconds

How it works

Connect the gas and beverage lines, briefly pressurise the bottle to displace air, then open the beverage side. Beer enters against back pressure, helping control foam and preserve carbonation.
