Nottingham Ale Yeast.
One of the great dried brewing yeast. Ferments fast. Ferments clean. Flocculates very well at the end of fermentation. It can handle cold temperatures too. A very neutral final flavour and a high quality beer is possible with this yeast. Ferments from 1.040 to 1.010 with WilliamsWarn® Liquid and Dry Malt Extracts. Can tolerate high alcohol fermentations.
