About the brew

This kit makes a pleasant and appealing Apple Cider. Our kit is made from the highest quality NZ Grown Apples (50% Gala, 25% Braeburn and 25% Jazz) and the result is a clean and crisp cider. The apple flavours are light and pleasant and the overall taste is refreshing.

What's included

• 1 × 2kg bottle NZ apple cider concentrate
• 1 × 11g Fermentis S-04 yeast
• 1 × 10g yeast nutrient

Brewing profile

• Fermentation temperature: 18–28°C / 64–77°F
• Original Gravity: approximately 1.041
• Final Gravity: approximately 1.010
• Alcohol: approximately 4.1% ABV

Ferment about 4 days for medium residual sweetness, or longer for a drier finish.
