What We Don’t Handle

Our facility is set up for clean, new equipment and eligible low-risk goods. We do not accept:

Used machinery or equipment • fresh food or produce • fruit • plants or plant material • soil or soil-contaminated goods • other high-risk biosecurity goods

All shipments must be confirmed with WilliamsWarn before being directed to our facility.

How it works

1 — Tell us what you're importing

Send us a description of the goods, where they're coming from and when they're expected to arrive.

2 — We confirm suitability

We'll check that the shipment fits within the scope of our transitional facility and confirm availability.

3 — Arrange delivery to WilliamsWarn

Your freight forwarder, customs broker or transport company can then arrange delivery to our Hastings facility.

4 — Unpack, clearance & collection

The shipment can be unpacked and dealt with in accordance with the applicable biosecurity requirements. Once cleared, your goods can continue to their final destination.
