50L Keg D Type

50L D-Type Beer Keg – commercial-style stainless steel keg for brewing and dispensing.

This 50L D-type keg uses the same general connection format commonly seen in breweries and hospitality. D-type kegs are also often referred to as Sanke-style kegs.

Why choose a 50L D-type keg?

• 50L capacity
• Commercial-style D-type keg connection
• Threaded removable spear
• Suitable for beer storage, transfer and dispensing
• Useful for higher-volume home, club and hospitality setups

Connections and transfer

Use a D-Type Coupler for gas and beverage connections. If you want to transfer finished beer from a BrewKeg, use the BrewKeg Transfer Kit for D-type kegs.

The spear can be removed with the appropriate spear removal tool when servicing or cleaning the keg.
