The BrewKeg50™ can produce 50 litres of beer or cider in 5-7 days. The system only needs a room with temperature control for fermentation (18-28°c) and a fridge or chiller for cooling and clarification. It has pressure control to allow for carbonation on the first day of fermentation, a means to add clarification agent, a sediment removal system and ports to connect to a gas source and a dispense line.
