BrewKeg50™ – 50L stainless steel pressure brewing for larger batches.

The BrewKeg50 is the next step up for brewers who want more volume without changing the core WilliamsWarn process. It is designed to ferment, carbonate, clarify and dispense beer or cider from the same pressure-capable stainless steel vessel, with a nominal 50L brew size.

Who is the BrewKeg50 for?
  • Brewers who want larger 50L batches.
  • Existing WilliamsWarn owners adding more brewing capacity.
  • Home, club or small hospitality setups where a larger single vessel makes sense.
  • Brewers using WilliamsWarn extract kits, fresh wort or their own recipes.
Why choose the BrewKeg50?
  • 50L brewing capacity – more volume per batch than the BrewKeg12.5 and BrewKeg25.
  • Pressure fermentation – build carbonation during fermentation and keep oxygen exposure low.
  • Clarification in the same vessel – add clarification agent and allow sediment to settle before dispensing or transfer.
  • Sediment removal – designed to separate settled yeast and sediment from the finished brew.
  • Flexible serving – dispense directly from the BrewKeg50 or transfer finished beer into serving kegs.
Buying the BrewKeg50 on its own

This listing is for the BrewKeg50 vessel itself. It makes sense if you already have the gas, pressure-monitoring and dispensing equipment you need, or if you are building a larger system around your own refrigeration and serving setup.

The BrewKeg50 Sundry Accessory Pack, pressure gauge and wheel set are available separately. A pressure gauge can also be shared between multiple BrewKegs if you are running more than one vessel.

How the BrewKeg process works
  1. Clean – prepare the vessel and brewing hardware.
  2. Mix – add your ingredients, water and yeast.
  3. Ferment under pressure – manage fermentation and carbonation in the vessel.
  4. Chill and clarify – cool the finished brew and remove settled sediment.
  5. Dispense or transfer – serve directly or move the finished beer into serving kegs.
