Dry Apple Cider

Our cider concentrate is made from the highest quality NZ grown apples. The result is a clean and crisp cider. The apple flavours are light and pleasant and the overall taste is refreshing.

Apple juice concentrate should be stored  below 20°C to maintain the intended colour of the product. Concentrate stored above this temperature will darken over time. Flavour is not affected by the storage temperature.

This product is the 2kg bottle only. No yeast or yeast nutrient is supplied. You will need 1 bottle for 10/12.5L, 2 for 25L and 4 for 50L.
