Low-Carb Enzyme

Our Low Carb Enzyme (glucoamylase) reduces carbs by breaking down complex starches into fermentable sugars, giving the yeast more to ferment. This produces a lower-carb brew with higher Alcohol By Volume, up to 5.3%.

To keep your brew at 4.5% ABV, reduce Dry Malt Extract by ~30% (500g for 10/12.5L or 1kg for 23/25L). This will also lower the carbs further.

Add the sachet directly to your vessel with the yeast and brew as normal.
